There are hundreds of web sites and printers providing all kinds of invitations. This site does not provide any invitations but does try to help you in finding what you are looking for without spending hours searching. You may want something simple just to email a few friends or maybe a very elegant wedding invitation. Below is a comparison of several sites that may help speed your search along.
There are several levels of invitation providers.
- Free email – basic, some you can personalize, then email.
- Free printable – download and print on your printer for snail mail.
- Low end custom – more variety of designs, different quality stock paper.
- High end custom – elegant looking designs, several choices of envelopes and other inserts.
A good indicator of simple to elegant is the price range. If you need something simple, be it for email or snail mail, stay with the lower end sites, these will be the best fit. If you need something more elegant, stay with the sites showing the higher prices.
Some sites were just too unorganized to consider for this comparison and a waste of time. It should not take more than a few second to easily determine what the site has to offer. Some sites require a user registration before much information is provided, a click back.
